Love food and fun? Taste of Dublin is just the festival for you.

Every year, brilliant bakers, chefs and restaurants come together to celebrate food at Taste of Dublin, and this year is no exception. The 2018 theme is 'Food Lover's Playground,' which sounds right up our alley. You can kick back and enjoy a cocktail on the top floor of a wooden tram or try out a menu of foods entirely dedicated to the colour pink! We are most looking forward to the masterclasses offered by fantastic chefs such as Adrian Martin, Anna Haugh, Aoife Noonan, Edward Hayden, Kevin Dundon, Rachel Allen, Sharon Hearne Smith and Sunil Ghai, along with many more. Keep a close eye on 'The Neff Taste Kitchen,' so as not to miss any of your favourites.

Candice Brown, Great British Bake Off winner will also be in attendance. We caught up with her to get a feel for what's in store.

"Taste this year will be about understanding and playing around with food, learning about flavours and the fun behind it all. Baking and cooking should be fun, it shouldn't be a worry or a panic. It'll be really interactive with some amazing chefs, local restaurants and food producers. I'll also be doing some demos, although I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. I want to chat to the Irish producers and see what's in season and what they'd recommend. I love cooking with seasonal and local produce so I want to do a bit of research first and incorporate local produce into my recipes. It makes such a difference both to the final result and also to me, that's how I learn."

Taste of Dublin will run from Thursday 14th June - Sunday 17th June 2018 in the Iveagh Gardens. Tickets start at €15 and are available from tasteofdublin.ie
