We are delighted to be hosting a FOOD&WINE Readers Evening in Glovers Alley on Tuesday, June 26th, 2018 at 7pm.
Glovers Alley delivers outstanding food, and first-class service in a beautiful space. The award-winning London based architecture and interiors firm, Project Orange, and Christopher Ash led the restaurant design. The concept for the restaurant reimagines Pullman Class dining through a contemporary lens.
Glovers Alley is headed up by Dublin born chef, Andy McFadden who returned to Dublin earlier this year after a lengthy spell abroad. He was at one time, the youngest Michelin star chef at L’Autre Pied, and most recently at sister restaurant, Pied á Terre in London.
Passionate about great food, Andy has worked alongside some of the most renowned chefs in the world, such as Shane Osborn, Sergio Herman, and Ireland’s own Neven Maguire, gaining a wealth of knowledge and honing his creative skills along the way.
Andy describes the Glovers Alley, French-influenced menu as,
“Unique and exciting, using Ireland’s most dedicated farmers and food producers. Each dish is designed to use techniques that bring out the best of each ingredient. We will be following my core philosophy of making everything in-house.”
Join us for a gourmet evening hosted by FOOD&WINE and in association with Nespresso and Febvre Wines at Glovers Alley.
