The shortlist for the 219 awards is in.Food&Wine

After weeks of nominations and an intensive day with our national judging panel, the finalists for the 2019 F&W Awards in association with Rémy Martin have been decided.

The list represents the very best talent in the hospitality industry across the island of Ireland, from individual achievements in the last 12 months to the team effort that goes into making a restaurant a place you want to return to time and again.

The winners will be announced in the five-star, newly-refurbished surroundings of The Shelbourne, Dublin, who are celebrating 195 years in business this year.  In its  19th year, the awards are returning to this great landmark where the very first event was held, marking a new chapter in F&W's story and the first awards organised by parent company Irish Studio.

Executive Head Chef Garry Hughes and his team are preparing a spectacular meal for attendees this year and tickets include a drinks reception followed by a seasonal menu with matching wines from O'Briens Wines. We are pulling out all the stops for what is going to be a day to remember.

Book your place!

Please join us in our celebrations for what is sure to be the event of the year. You can get your tickets here. Places are limited so make sure and book quickly to avoid disappointment.
