We've conducted our fair share of interviews, meeting some of the most interesting people in the food and drink industry, but it seems that our readers have clear favourites.
Our most popular interviews had only one real thread linking them together: passion. Each interviewee had a different background, a different focus and different things to say, but each showed clear, intense passion for their craft. Our most popular interviews include drinks professionals, chefs, a Michelin Guide editor and a medical scientist, with each highlighting a great love for food and drink.
