Even though we're all still practising social distancing and most of us are working from home, we still want to help support Irish food and drink producers.
We've decided to help our readers #ShopForIreland so we'll be posting every day to highlight producers around Ireland. Get in touch on our social channels with your suggestions on who we should write about.
Barry Sun Jian's Volpe Nera, which opened in Blackrock, Dublin last November to great acclaim, has reopened this week with a brand-new dine at home service. The menu is designed to serve two and will change regularly according to seasonal availability. Each Volpe Nera dine at home menu includes snacks like pancetta coppata and Guinness bread, a shared starter, a main dish such as lamb shoulder ragu with fettuccine, a shared dessert, and cheese and crackers for two. Each Volpe Nera dine at home menu serves two and costs €52. The website is open for orders now, with collection starting this Saturday - capacity will be increased over the coming weeks, so if you don't snag a reservation today, keep an eye out next week.
