Rosa Madre at Home
Dublin’s Rosa Madre has launched Rosa Madre At Home, offering sauces and fresh pastas along with antipasti, mains, desserts and a range of wines for collection or delivery. Luca's Rosa Madre Box for two people (€52) is a great pick with antipasti, a main of potato gnocchi made the day you order and tiramisu for dessert. (The website also has helpful ‘how to’ videos so you’ll get great results every time.) Delivery, with a minimum spend of €30 is Thurs to Sun 4-7 pm (within 7km) and collection from Rosa Madre is Thurs to Sun 2-4 pm.
Crudo in Sandymount, Dublin has reopened its doors and is offering a limited takeaway menu for collection that includes some fantastic looking fish and chips. It has also turned its dining room into a neighbourhood grocery shop, with a range of exclusive Italian products, fresh bread, seasonal veg, and meats. There are also cocktails to take home and a big selection of wines at 50% off.

Cork-based cheesemakers Toons Bridge has just opened a shop on Dublin’s South Great George’s Street. If you’re in the area, you can pick up some of its cheeses made in the dairy in Cork, including ricotta, halloumi and mozzarella. There's also a range of Mediterranean products such as olives, extra virgin olive oils, cured meats, dried fruits and balsamic vinegars. The online store also does pick up and delivery in Cork and Dublin and you can have purchases couriered anywhere in Ireland.
