Even though we're all still practising social distancing and most of us are working from home, we still want to help support Irish food and drink producers.
We've decided to help our readers #ShopForIreland so we'll be posting every day to highlight producers around Ireland. Get in touch on our social channels with your suggestions on who we should write about.
Liath To Go
One of Ireland's best restaurants has announced a brand new to-go serve. Michelin-starred restaurant Liath in Blackrock temporarily closed down at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, but owner Damien Grey announced on Instagram that he will be operating a small to-go operation for the foreseeable future.
Every week, a new starter, main course and eventually, a dessert, will be on offer, with full instructions and guides available for customers on how to reheat and assemble. To book your slot, click here – only 30 people can be served daily. There's also an option to add a gratuity which will be shared between Liath staff and those at the HSE. Head to @liathtogo on Instagram for more information.
