Glendalough Distillery's aromatic Rose Gin has more than a passing connection to Mother’s Day. It was first created to honour Rose, the late mother of Glendalough head distiller, Rowdy Rooney at his brother’s wedding. The gin is made using roses from Rose’s own garden (hence the soft pink hue), along with wild-foraged plants.
