At some point, our world will return to normal - even if it is a new normal. But where will we go for our first night out?
We asked some well-known names in the Irish food and drinks industry to tell us what they're planning when restrictions are lifted. Today, we spoke to Catherine and Kevin Dundon of Dunbrody House in Wexford:
"I think we are looking forward to a gorgeous native lobster with mixed summer salad leaves and new Wexford potatoes coupled with a delicious bottle of Champagne, preferably Heidsieck Blanc de Blanc preferably.
We’d go to either Lobstar in Monkstown or The Lobster Pot in Carne, Wexford. We love both restaurants and we think we deserve a real treat after all this is over. Lobstar is such a small cosy restaurant I don’t know how they’ll manage to re-open with the new social distancing. They work so hard and are always so lovely to their customers that we’d love to support them.

Similarly, The Lobster Pot in Carne is a gorgeous cosy family run business that has been doing such a fabulous job for so many years that I think they deserve lots of support too. We’ve had many a family celebration there."
