Toastie treats
We're big fans of Urbanity here at FW HQ and this hummus toast is a prime example of why. Packed with flavour, this toast is topped with fire-roasted red pepper and cardamom hummus, pickled, roasted and puréed rainbow carrots, and herb oil. Keep your eyes peeled for it on Urbanity's new February menu.
Sweet treats
James Cullinane, chef at Longueville House, tagged us in this picture of a walnut, apple and meringue whip and we are obsessed. This picture-perfect dessert is packed with gorgeous January flavours, so we think that if it tastes even half as good as it looks, then you're in for a treat.
Miso meals
Shilpa Razniewska, the woman behind Soulful and Healthy food blog, certainly knows how to craft a delicious recipe judging by this photo. Her prawn and miso noodle recipe, which is available on her site, sounds quick and easy, so it's perfect for a midweek meal.

Candy cane cake
This candy cane-coloured grapefruit cake by blogger Mafalda Cooks is incredibly enticing. We love how the look of this cake reminds us of Christmas but think that the refreshing grapefruit flavour is perfect for spring.
Gnocchi goodness
Gnocchi is easily one of our favourite comfort foods, so this dish from Fiachra Kenny, head chef at The Old Spot, is right up our street. Featuring romanesco, smoked Gubbeen fondue, caper and raisins, we love the ide of this super-satisfying dish.
