We stumbled across the @silkroadcafeie whilst out exploring. It's on the ground floor of a beautiful library museum in Dublin. The food was amazing and I was so impressed!! We ordered falafel salad plates - too giant crunchy falafels with hummus, pita breads and three salads of your choice. This plate of colour, texture and flavour was exactly what I needed.
