1. Dalkey Lobster Festival

Returning for another year, this year's Dalkey Lobster Festival takes place this weekend and promises a massive range of events. There will be a chowder cook-off, ketogenic cooking demonstration with Domini Kemp, a spice workshop with Arun Kapil of Green Saffron and much more. 2. Zero-Waste Living Talk With Timi Nicholson

Thursday, August 22nd at The Happy Pear in Greystones, Co. Wicklow

Zero-waste lifestyle expert Timi Nicholson will be at The Happy Pear in Greystones this week to talk all things waste-free. She will be offering tips to reduce waste in your home, as well as highlighting how she transitioned to a completely zero-waste lifestyle. For tickets, click here.

3. Summer Harvest Dinner At Ink Café

Friday, August 23rd at dlr Lexicon, Dún Laoghaire

FoodSpace's first permanent café in Dún Laoghaire will host an end of summer dinner this week, with Conor Spacey's menu set to highlight the best sustainable Irish produce. 4. The House of Peroni Dining Experience

Thursday, August 22nd until Sunday, September 1st

The House of Peroni returns again this year, highlighting the cuisine of Puglia in Italy. A six-course menu curated by Killian Crowley of Aniar will be on offer for €60 per person, including Gubbeen cured meats, traditional Pugliese braised beef cheeks and more. Click here for more info.
