A Pickle & A Tipple: A Fermentation Workshop With A Tasty Twist

Wednesday, October 2nd, 7-9pm

We can't recommend this workshop highly enough, so if you do one thing this week... Join the Sustainable Food Dublin duo Taz & Geraldine for an evening spent making and tasting some organic, fermented goodies. Learn all about the art of preserving through pickling and delve into the world of biodynamic wines in one of Dublin's most exciting eateries – Bread 41

This workshop will teach you all you need to know to get started pickling, with the team at Bread41 sharing top fermentation tips and giving you ample opportunity to taste the wide range of pickles and ferments being conjured up behind the scenes of this forward-thinking bakery. Come with questions and leave a pickling expert! But that's not all you'll learn, or taste, as every attendee will get to taste three delicious natural wines and be schooled on natural winemaking, another form of fermentation, and will be given the tasting notes and low down by resident sommelier Shane Murphy.

You'll be rightly pickled! Don't miss this event and buy your ticket here.
