Miele's Signature Sessions With Aidan McGrath

Tuesday, 24th September

There's still time to grab a ticket to this fantastic event on tomorrow in the Miele test kitchen with Michelin-starred chef Aidan McGrath of The Wild Honey Inn, Lisdoonvarna, Co Clare. Aidan is hosting an intimate cookery demonstration, highlighting his favourite dishes inspired by the Burren and the Wild Atlantic Way. China Sichuan And Green Man Wines To Host Mid-Autumn Harvest Festival

Thursday, September 26th

This Thursday, two award-winning establishments and two of Dubliners' favourites are collaborating together for what is sure to be a fun event with exquisite food and wine. Sandyford's China Sichuan is taking over the kitchen at Green Man Wines in Terenure, Dublin 6W for just one night serving up delicious food matched with carefully selected wines. Sligo Vegan Food Tour

Saturday, September 28th

Gaby and Hans Wieland will launch Sligo Vegan Food Tours with a special event on Saturday, September 28th. Having moved to Sligo from Germany in 1985, Hans and Gaby have been at the cutting edge of Sligo’s food revolution. Producers of organic vegetables, sourdough breads and artisan farmhouse cheeses for more than 20 years at their organic small-holding Neantog Farm, near Cliffony, and teaching, mentoring and inspiring many chefs through their courses at The Organic Centre, the walking tour is only a natural development in their exciting careers.

The food tour is three and a half hours long and will cover eight to nine venues that highlight vegan food. Tickets cost €60 per person and can be booked by visiting sligofoodtours.ie or calling 087 6122082.

LEON In Temple Bar Announces New Menu

LEON, which opened in Temple Bar earlier this year, has announced that it is expanding its menu to offer more plant-based options, including a vegan falafel wrap, the LEON dahling coconut lentil masala curry and more. In addition to these new items, the halloumi and avocado breakfast muffin is now available as a burger all day, due to its massive popularity. Click here for more information.
