A Taste Of West Cork Food Festival
Friday, 6th September until Sunday, 15th September
The Taste Of West Cork Food Festival kicks off this week, with a whole host of demos, pop-ups and more set to take place. This Saturday at the Baltimore Sailing Club from 11am-4.30pm the West Cork Forum 2019 will be hosting its annual free event where a range of experts will discuss this year's theme, ‘Facing the Challenges of a Rapidly Changing World – Our Survival’, which will put the spotlight on food safety, sustainability and climate change. Mayo's Steet Food Festival Returns
Sunday, September 8th
For the third year, Mayo's Street Food Festival returns this Sunday from 12pm until 5pm on Bridge Lane. Restaurants like House of Plates, The Dining Room, The Brewery Cup, Rua, Bar One, Mulroy's and the Bay Leaf will be popping up to offer punters some delicious food, while chefs, producers, DJs and more will also be onsite throughout the day.
New Seasonal Menu At Monart Destination Spa Fine Dining Restaurant
Monart Destination Spa has launched a brand new seasonal menu, as well as a full vegan menu, that highlights the best local, seasonal produce. The menus are full of creativity, with the vegan menu, in particular, offering something a little different than the usual plant-based fare. New Student Offer At LEON Ireland
LEON Ireland, which recently opened its first outlet in Temple Bar, has launched a back-to-college student deal for the month of September. With a main dish, side and a drink on offer for just €5, this deal is sure to please students in Dublin. LEON also offers a 15 per cent discount to students year-round.
September Oyster Festival At Cliff Townhouse, Dublin
For the eighth year, Cliff Townhouse will be celebrating all things oyster-related this September. Special offers include six Irish oysters and a glass of Billecart-Salmon Champagne available daily for just €30, as well as a Jazz and Oyster Sunday Lunch on September 29th for €50 per person, which includes oysters to start, Champagne, a demo with head chef Sean Smith and a three-course lunch. The 11th annual Waterford Harvest Festival kicks off this weekend, with over 70 free and ticketed events set to take place.
