Love is in the air and Valentine's Day is fast approaching.

In case you haven't made plans yet, we've decided to make this week's round-up fully Valentine's Day-themed to help you out. Just make sure you book quickly because you don't want to end up without a reservation!

Valentine's Day menu at Hatters' Lane Bistro, Athlone

Hatters' Lane Bistro, one of Athlone's most romantic locations, has announced that its lovely Valentine's Day menu will be available from 5.30pm until 10pm on February 13th, 14th and 15th. The menu features a range of indulgent dishes including smoked bacon and black pudding potato cake with crispy hen's egg, braised pork shoulder with buttered cabbage, bacon, Calvados jus and apple purée, and a strawberry and white chocolate meringue with chantilly cream and strawberry-basil coulis. Love, Love Me Do package at The Mayson, Dublin

Press Up's most recent venture opened in December 2019 and has announced a gorgeous package for guests to celebrate Valentine's Day in style. Available on the 14th and 15th, this package includes an overnight stay for two, a three-course dinner in Ryleigh's Rooftop Restaurant and a glass of bubbles. A four-course feast at InterContinental Dublin

Available on the 13th, 14th and 15th, the InterContinental Dublin is serving up a deliciously romantic meal this Valentine's Day. Valentine's Special at The Devlin, Dublin

Valentine's Day at Mount Juliet Estate, Kilkenny 

The first Earl of Carrick built Mount Juliet Estate in 1752 for his bride-to-be Juliet Boyle, so this historic location has romance built into its DNA. The Estate is offering several packages this Valentine's Day, including a special from €386, which includes a single red rose on arrival, a two-night stay in Hunter's Yard, breakfast in The Hound Restaurant, plus a four-course dinner with Prosecco. Romantic pairing menu at Stack A Restaurant, Urban Brewing, Dublin

Available from the 13th-15th of February, Stack A Restaurant has launched a romantic pairing menu filled with local Irish produce. An add-on option of beer pairings (€15) or wine pairings (€20) promises to elevate the menu and add some extra romance. A romance-infused menu at Il Vicolo, Galway

Il Vicolo, Galway's modern Italian restaurant, has launched a romantic menu just in time for Valentine's Day. The three-course menu, which also includes a glass of Prosecco for you and your partner, offers Mediterranean favourites like braised pork cheek with polenta and pepperonata, chianti risotto and more. Loved up at Pembroke Kilkenny

The Pembroke in Kilkenny is offering a stellar Valentine's Day option this year priced from just €188. The package includes an overnight stay in an executive king room,  Prosecco and chocolate-dipped strawberries on arrival, a three-course dinner in Statham's and breakfast in bed the next morning. Baileys strawberries and cream chocolates

If your budget won't allow for an expensive night away, surprise your loved one with a limited edition box of Baileys strawberries and cream chocolates, which cost just €5. These Valentine's Day-themed chocolates are heart-shaped, wrapped in red foil and packaged in a cute pink box. If strawberry isn't your favourite flavour, regular Baileys chocolates are available in stores nationwide, with prices starting from just €3.
