Next weekend I’m heading back to cook at one of my favourite places, The @burtown_house #greenbarn in Kildare, Ireland . The restaurant is set within its own beautiful organic gardens where @dermot.carey grows all the delicious fruit, vegetables herbs and salads for the daily changing menus. I’m going to be spending the day cooking some of this sensational produce over open fire with head chef Rodrigo Gonzalez and anyone who wants to join us. The day is going to culminate in an incredible wood fired feast. Can’t wait to be there!
