Pancake platters at Mackenzie's in Dublin
Pancake Tuesday might have been and gone, but our love for these breakfast treats is still going strong. Mackenzie's, which can be found at Grand Canal Dock, has launched pancake platters that are available for €29.95 from 10am-4pm during their weekend brunch service. Comprising of mini pancakes, berries, maple syrup, crispy bacon, vanilla mascarpone and chocolate sauce, this platter is ideal for sharing.

New spring menu at Ivy Restaurant at Dunboyne Castle Hotel and Spa
Head chef John Burke has introduced a new seasonal menu to the Ivy Restaurant at Dunboyne Castle Hotel and Spa in Meath. Paying homage to the great produce of the surrounding Boyne Valley, the new menu features smoked black pudding from Hugh Maguire in Ashbourne, pork belly from Colin Marry from Drogheda, goat’s cheese from Corleggy and lots more local produce

Kellogg's launches Granola Fusion Smoothie Bowls
Adding to the growing grab-and-go market, Kellogg's has launched its Granola Fusion Smoothie Bowls, which only require water to create a filling breakfast. Two varieties of the bowls are available – Special K protein red berries and Crunchy Nut chocolate and hazelnut. To create a crunchy, yet smooth bowl, simply add water and stir. The bowls are priced at €1.99 each and can be found at stores around the country.

Celebrate International Women's Day at The Mustard Seed in Limerick

The Mustard Seed in Limerick will host its annual International Women's Day dinner this Sunday, highlighting this year's theme #EachForEqual. This year, guests will receive a complimentary pass to the Maureen O'Hara exhibition at Foynes Flying Boat and Maritime Museum. The Dublin-born actress officially opened the museum in 1989 and remained a patron until her death in 2015. The exhibition includes an extensive collection of her personal belongings, so it's a great way to honour this Irish actress.
