Eatyard launches wine and cheese club at The Bernard Shaw

Perfect for those looking to expand their cheesy knowledge.

Love cheese and wine? There's a club for that.

The Eatyard team announced today that they will be launching their Wine & Cheese Club at the new iteration of The Bernard Shaw in Glasnevin. The new premises for both Eatyard and The Bernard Shaw opened in November of last year after the original location on South Richmond Street was closed due to a lease agreement.

The new club will definitely appeal to fans of Eatyard's Wine & Cheese Festival, which was held in the Iveagh Gardens last summer, having outgrown its previous home. Similar to the festival's Sip Sip Hooray tent, the club will see some of the Bodytonic team's favourite cheese and wine experts pop in every month to guide guests through perfect pairings.

Tunes & Tipples, the first event of the series, will take place on Wednesday, February 12th, with Rory Craig from Station to Station Wine on hosting duties. Red, Wine & Blue will take place on March 11th, showcasing new wave American cheese and wines from Wine Lab. Then, on April 8th, Le Caveau wines will host Raw Deal, which will take a closer look at natural, biodynamic wines and cheese.

Tickets for each event, which will be hosted upstairs at the Wine & Cheese Bar at The Bernard Shaw, are extremely limited so that you'll be able to enjoy an intimate night of cheesy goodness with plenty of wine. We reckon these events will sell out fast, so if you want to head along, make sure to get your ticket ASAP. Tickets cost just €25 per person, plus booking fee, and can be purchased here
