Elderflower Gin Fizz

This pretty cocktail teams gin and Prosecco with a fragrant elderflower liqueur.

It's an ideal tipple for a celebration or a sunny afternoon and, served in an elegant coupe glass, it's looks as good as it tastes. 

Ingredients

• 50ml Silks Irish Dry Gin
• 25ml elderflower liqueur
• 25ml lemon juice
• Prosecco, to top up
• Lemon peel twists, to garnish

Method

1. Pour gin, elderflower and lemon juice in a shaker and combine.
2. Pour into a champagne coupe and top with chilled Prosecco.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.
