Delicious dishes to try this week.

It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think.

The weather has been weirdly muggy lately, making our recent work from home situation excessively warm. In our eyes, the only way to fix the heat is to indulge in a frozen treat and this caramel ice cream is the perfect recipe to help you cool down. Try it out here.

This honey ginger chicken recipe uses carrots in place of noodles, resulting in a filling yet light dish. If you're not feeling carrots, try using courgette noodles instead or if you don't want to use chicken, prawns would work really well here too. Try the recipe here

Have you ever cooked with Irish seaweed? It's super tasty and really versatile, but can be a little intimidating if you've never tried it before. This bread recipe is a great way to dip your toe into the pool that is cooking with seaweed, so try it out here.

Another way to beat the heat is to treat yourself to a cool salad for lunch or dinner and Tom O'Connell's potato and watercress salad is perfect for summer. If the sun makes a reappearance at some stage, this would be ideal at a casual barbecue. Get the recipe here
