Shakshouka with baked eggs and coriander yoghurt
Eggs are a super versatile food that can be eaten at any time of the day and even if you're struggling to keep your kitchen as well-stocked as you like, we bet you have a few eggs on hand. This shakshouka recipe is easy to follow and can be scaled up or down, depending on how many people you need to feed. We recommend doubling the yoghurt recipe to use as a dip or salad dressing.

Meere's Cowboy Beef Chilli
Chilli is one of those dishes that tastes even better the next day. If you want to make it ahead of time, just be sure to let it come to room temperature before putting it an airtight container and storing it in the fridge. Leftover will last 3 to 5 days.
