4 great gin cocktails to try

Some new drinks inspiration

SHARE

It's always nice to expand your cocktail repertoire with a few new concoctions and gin is always a good place to start.

Bombay Sapphire has given us four cocktails to create with its Bombay Bramble gin, which has raspberry and blackberry flavours and a suitably festive colour. There's everything from a fruity twist on classic mulled wine to a low-alcohol 'sonic' too - see below for all the info.

Bramble mulled wine (main picture)

Ingredients

  • 50ml Bombay Bramble
  • 125ml red wine
  • 10ml brown sugar syrup (2:1 ratio)
  • 1 orange slice
  • Cinnamon
  • Raspberries and blackberries to garnish

Method
Add all the ingredients (excluding garnish) to a pan and warm slowly on a hob allowing the flavour to infuse. When serving, ensure the temperature is above 50°C and decant in mulled wine glasses or tea cups before garnishing.
