The perfect margarita
Ingredients
- Half a lime
- Salt, to garnish
- 40ml Patrón
- 20ml Triple Sec
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
Method
- Run the cut side of the lime over the rim of a margarita glass. Dip the glass into the salt to coat the rim.
- Add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker with some ice. Shake the mixture, then strain into the martini glass.
- Serve with a slice of lime.

Garden Gimlet
Ingredients
50ml Gin
20ml Bottlegreen Elderflower Cordial
50g cucumber, peeled and chopped
10 x garden peas (defrosted if frozen)
2-3 sprigs of mint
Method
- Muddle the cucumbers and peas together until they have mushed into a thick textured juice.
- Hard shake all ingredients with ice until chilled, then strain with a tea strainer into a martini glass.
- Garnish with mint sprigs.

Dingle Bramble
Ingredients
- 50ml Dingle Gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml Crème de Mure
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Lemon slice or blackberries, to garnish
Method
- Fill a whiskey glass with crushed ice.
- Pour all the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into the ice-filled whiskey glass and garnish with lemon or blackberry.

Irish Orchard
Ingredients
50ml Bushmills 10 Year Old
75ml dry cider
30ml soda
25ml pressed apple juice
Method
1. Pour the whiskey into a highball glass.
2. Add the dry cider.
3. Top with soda and pressed apple juice.
4. Add cubed ice and garnish with a wedge of apple on the edge of the glass.

Raspberry Espresso Martini
Ingredients
50ml vodka
25ml Fresh espresso
10ml Coffee liqueur
15ml Bottlegreen Plump Summer Raspberry Cordial
10ml Sugar Syrup
Method
- First off, brew the fresh espresso and then leave it for approximately 10 minutes to cool.
- Pour all the ingredients into an ice-filled shaker and shake hard until chilled.
- Serve into a martini glass and garnish with fresh or frozen raspberries.

The Bee's Knees
Ingredients
- 10ml runny honey
- 5ml water
- 50ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
Method
- Stir the honey into the water until it has dissolved to make a syrup.
- Pour the honey mixture into a cocktail shaker with the gin, lemon juice and a couple of ice cubes. Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
