Lough Eske Castle has launched a brand new menu for the summer season as Chef Cedric Bottarlini creates traditional Irish fare with a twist.
The five-star hotel is located outside of Donegal town, on the shores of Lough Eske and surrounded by 43 acres of woodland.
Chef Cedric Bottarlini took over the well known Cedars Restaurant in 2016. Originally from France, he has over 15 years experience in the restaurant industry and brings an exciting, innovative flair to the menu.
Highlights include; gin cured salmon and pine, duck bergamot and a varied dessert menu with ravioli of creme brulee and chocolate sphere.
