Are wines produced by celebrities ever any good? Or should they stick to the day jobs?

Barrymore Wines by Drew Barrymore:

Drew Barrymore and Carmel Road Vineyard have created three wines, hailing from Monterey, California. Drew's Blend Pinot Noir red has hints of spice and tobacco, the white Monterey Pinot Grigio blends crisp citrus with tropical notes and the refreshing Rosé of Pinot Noir combines stone fruit and blood orange.

Drew said of Barrymore Wines -

"I am passionate about wine. There is so much to discover and experience and my travels help me do that. Barrymore Pinot Grigio is made from Monterey grown grapes which is adjacent to the beautiful Blue Grand Canyon section of the Pacific ocean where extreme winds and deep, cold water create the perfect mix of fog and cool temperatures, ideal for growing the perfect grape."

GN by Graham Norton:

It comes as no surprise, given the amount of wine seemingly drunk by both the host and guests on Graham Norton's tv show, that he should branch out into wine production. What might come as a surprise though, is that it's actually rather good! The Sauvignon Blanc in particular is a great starting point. As the man himself said, "It's my perfect blend. Tropical fruit, a bit of zing... I'll cheers to that!"

LVE Wines by John Legend:

Musician, actor and husband to model Chrissy Teigen, owns Legend Vineyard Exclusive in Napa Valley, California. The vineyard produces a cabarnet, chardonnay and more recently, a rosé. According to Legend, he likes to make wine, like he makes his music,

"You don’t always get it perfectly, and everyone’s taste is different, but at least you know you’re going into it with the same goal and hopefully you come out with something magical."

Ciccone Vineyard by Madonna:

But of course Madonna owns a vineyard. Madonna partnered with her father Silvio Ciccone in 1996 to open Ciccone Vineyard. The family-run estate is based in Northern Michigan and produces over 15 variations of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Grigio and Malbec. Although you might not spot Madge on site, as the famous founder generally tends to keep a low profile when it comes to the wine, they did release a Madonna vintage back in 2007.

Miraval by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie:

The renowed vineyard Miraval in Provence, was purchased by "Brangelina" in 2008. The pale, petal pink Rosé Côte de Provence in particular has won numerous awards and is a popular option on menus throughout France...so it must be good. The Château, where the couple's lavish wedding took place, is not open to the public and there has been no official word on what is happening to the estate post-split.
