For the first time ever, Guinness is bringing together some of the best Irish chefs to command the grills in pubs across Dublin and we have an exclusive competition for tickets to one of the events.
The series of three-day beer and food experiences is called Guinness 232°C and is taking up residency in Bonobo this weekend with Grálinn on the grill, the award-winning Bia Rebel Ramen from Belfast is in Jam Park from 27th-29th September and the last, but not least, is in The Bernard Shaw with La Cocina Cuevas from 5th-8th October.
The festival name was born from the exact temperature Guinness roasts its barley. Just like the roasters, Ireland’s best chefs are drawn to the challenge of fire. Uncovering great flavour through flame is an adventure, a freedom, a craft.

Curated by food expert, Ali Dunworth, Guinness 232°C will see Bia Rebel, Grálinn and La Cocina Cuevas break free of their restaurants and challenged to create a one-off menu featuring the very best Irish beef, chicken, and pork forged in fire. Seafood pan-seared to a smoky “Tssss;” charred tamales, smoked ramen and vegetables flame-kissed to a perfect combination of flavours born of fire - just like roasting the barley, there’s no faking it when you’re cooking over live fire. Seasonal ingredients will take centre stage with dishes using the very best quality produce sourced from local Dublin farms.
Continuing to fan the flames for the best talent across Ireland, David Kitt, Sally Cinnamon and Sim Simma’s reggae style will complete the line-up with an eclectic programme of live music and entertainment.
Tickets are on sale now via Eventbrite and priced at €10.00 including booking fee, which includes a complimentary pint of Guinness or Pure Brew non-alcoholic lager and two signature dishes.
Jam Park is Ireland’s first multi-experience destination venue; an always-on adults playground and a one-stop-shop where you can eat, drink, play and dance, day and night all under one roof.
The rooftop is the ideal venue for a live-fire cookout and that's exactly where Brian Donnelly from Bia Rebel Ramen will be cooking up some fine grub for you if you win these tickets to the pop-up next Friday, 27th September.
