Sugar & spice
Get in the Christmas spirit and impress your guests with this sweet and spicy festive cocktail. Spread some holiday magic with Sugar & Spice.
Serves one
- 30ml Longueville House Apple Brandy
- 25ml port
- 15ml thyme and cinnamon sugar syrup
- 20ml lemon juice
- Sprig of thyme, to garnish
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of thyme.

The Fashionable Pirate
Simple but sophisticated. It’ll stretch your imagination and take you all the way to the Caribbean!
Serves one
- 60ml Blacks Golden Rum
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 10ml water
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Orange peel, to garnish
Method:
Stir well with ice for 20 seconds. Strain and serve over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
