Gin-gle Bells
Distilled and produced in West Cork Distillers, Wilde Irish Gin is distilled by hand in small batches with two copper pot stills to ensure a level of quality that can only result from a Master Distillers intuition and care. It is a distinctive citrus and floral forward gin with a background juniper note, instilled with extracts of bitter orange peel and wild Irish mountain heather from West Cork. A Festive Tipple
Exclusive to SuperValu West Cork Dha Chasca is a unique single malt Irish whiskey. So called because it is matured in two casks – matured in Sherry casks and finished in Bourbon casks. Pot distilled single malt whiskey is placed in Bodega Sherry casks and allowed to patiently mature for the requisite period of time. The single malt whiskey is then cut to 40% ABV with naturally soft water and further matured in double charred, first fill Bourbon casks for several months.
