It's day ten of the FOOD&WINE advent calendar and we have yet another wonderful prize up for grabs!
We know it has been an extremely long and challenging year, but luckily, the festive season is approaching, which means the FOOD&WINE advent calendar is back again. Treat yourself this festive season...
This year has been tough on us all but perhaps the most hardly hit was the service industry. On March 20, restaurants all over Ireland closed their doors due to COVID-19. An entire industry ceased trading, bookings evaporated, with no idea how or if they'd be back. Since then, businesses have been opened, closed, opened for takeaway only, opened for outdoor dining only and re-closed entirely after a string of restrictions that were implemented by the government to control the spread of Coronavirus. 2020 has changed the restaurant industry as we know it and one such restaurant to feel the brunt of the year was the Kinara Group.
Dublin's leading Pakistani and Eastern cuisine restaurant collective were quick to adapt to the everchanging guidelines by offering takeaway from each of its three restaurants in Ranelagh, Clontarf and Malahide. This way, they could bring the restaurant experience directly to you.
But now as lockdown restrictions begin to lift, Kinara Group has just reopened its three restaurants just in time for the festive season. Kinara Kitchen Ranelagh, Kinara Clontarf and Kajjal Malahide have reopened for sit down service since Friday, December 4th with all the appropriate guidelines and social distancing measures strictly in place to ensure the safety of both their staff and patrons.
If you’ve been dreaming of Makanwala Murghi and Murgh Tikka Masala or perhaps Kinara Group’s Lamb Biryani and famous Palak Paneer now is the time to book your long-overdue Christmas catch up ahead of the most wonderful time of the year.
The perfect spot for festive gatherings, Kinara Kitchen Ranelagh will be open from Wednesday and Saturday from 4 pm to close, with Thursday, Friday and Sunday opening at the earlier time of 12 noon. Kinara Clontarf will serve food from 4 pm until close on Wednesday with a 12 noon opening from Thursday to Sunday. Kajjal Malahide will now be open from 12 noon until close every week from Wednesday until Sunday. From December 16th, all 3 restaurants will be open seven days a week from 12 noon until close.
