The Bushmills Irish Whiskey #BlackBushStories campaign made a welcome return for 2019. A unique collaboration has resulted in masterclasses and a whiskey-inspired tea.
The renowned Irish whiskey teamed up with specialist tea makers, Suki Tea whose co-founder, Oscar Woolley, headed up a series of whiskey and tea blending masterclass events in Dublin, Galway and Belfast.
In Dublin, Drury Buildings was the venue for the Black Bush Blended evenings. Hosted by Food&Wine editor Dee Laffan, guests were invited to take part in a tasting session with some of Bushmills’ best-loved whiskeys. There was a tea tasting session too and guests created their own personalised tea blends to take home.
The Bushmills Suki Tea collaboration has also resulted in a limited edition Black Bush-inspired loose leaf tea. Inspired by the rich notes of the whiskey, Oscar created an aromatic tea blend, with spices and sweet, dried fruit.
With more events on the way later in the year, there is currently a chance to win one of 10 Black Bush Blend gift packs on BlackBushStories.com until Friday 31st May.
