A tipple worthy of your sparkling drop. Try serving this Champagne cocktail at your next dinner party and wow your guests

Berry-infused Champagne cocktail

Serves 1


  • 25g raspberries
  • 15ml maple syrup
  • 10ml vodka
  • 80ml Champagne
  • Cranberries, to serve


  1. Boil raspberries, maple syrup and vodka, mashing berries gently as they cook until they are broken down (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Leave to steep for 1 hour.
  2. To serve, pour 1 tablespoon raspberry sauce into a champagne flute, and top with Champagne. Add cranberries to flute.
