Berry-infused Champagne cocktail
- 25g raspberries
- 15ml maple syrup
- 10ml vodka
- 80ml Champagne
- Cranberries, to serve
- Boil raspberries, maple syrup and vodka, mashing berries gently as they cook until they are broken down (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Leave to steep for 1 hour.
- To serve, pour 1 tablespoon raspberry sauce into a champagne flute, and top with Champagne. Add cranberries to flute.
