No longer a weekend diet consisting of stodgy fried foods, festivals have become a melting pot for all things up-and-coming in the food scene, and All Together Now in Curraghmore Estate in Waterford on the August Bank Holiday is going even further.

From bountiful feasts to an abundant farmers market, the All Together Now food line up is nothing like there's ever been seen before in a festival in Ireland. As well as a line up of music, theatre, comedy and spoken word across 16 stages, the festival will also feed you extremely well.

They have drawn from some of the best food producers and suppliers from Ireland and further afield to create a foodie fest for 48 hours, including brunch eaten to the tunes of a London gospel choir, whiskey tastings and a sunset dining experience by Kevin Thornton. Taking place on August 3-5, here's just some of the edible highlights from All Together Now:

Paul Flynn's Gospel Brunch

As part of the Waterford’s Finest Foods, Dungarvan based,  Paul Flynn will be preparing a special brunch on the Sunday of All Together Now. As a Waterford native, Paul Flynn is a massive part of the food scene in the South East and we are delighted to have an appearance from himself. To accompany the pleasingly tasty brunch selection that Paul will be whipping up, the  London Community Gospel Choir will  also be making a special appearance.. The menu for this unique dining experience will be revealed soon.
