The 5-star hotel and golf resort is seeking candidates to become its new Director of Banqueting and Events and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.
Adare Manor, Co. Limerick, is expanding its team and has announced the search for senior talents to fulfil two key roles in the food and beverage team. The resort, which was recently voted ‘AA Hotel of the Year 2019’, is seeking to attract suitable candidates for the position of Director of Banqueting and Events and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.
The candidates will have to be “inspirational leaders in their specialist areas” and will need to use “their wide experience” to reinforce the Adare Manor team, which has been striving to deliver the highest standard of customer service and a most memorable experience for guests from throughout Ireland and around the world.

Director of Banqueting and Events
Providing the world-class service that guests have come to expect at the luxury resort will be the key task of the Director of Banqueting and Events. The successful candidate will be a creative individual with in-depth knowledge of the current industry trends, with the ability to lead, nurture and inspire the great team already in place at Adare Manor.
Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
The management is also looking for a highly experienced special food and beverage candidate to take on the role of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. Alongside the Director of Food and Beverage, the successful person will oversee the dining and banqueting operations in the Manor House, which include the elegant fine dining in The Oak Room, The Drawing Room, The Gallery, The Tack Room, the In-Room Dining and Banqueting Operations. The role asks from someone passionate about supporting highly energised teams to provide world-class service.

It is quite an exciting time to join the team at Adare Manor. Re-opened in November 2017, the resort has won multiple accolades and recognitions, including Global Winner of ‘Hotel of the Year 2018’ in the highly competitive Virtuoso ‘Best of the Best Awards 2018’. Just recently, the resort was confirmed as the venue for golf’s most prestigious international tournament, the Ryder Cup, in 2026.
