Enjoy a 5-course dinner with delicious paired cocktails at the Nightmarket in Ranelagh next Wednesday, 14th March in aid of MS Ireland.

Dee Laffan, food writer, was diagnosed with MS in 2011 and completed a trek to Everest Base Camp in September 2017 in aid of MS Ireland. She raised nearly €9,000 and hopes to reach her €10,000 target from her final fundraiser.

Dee has organised a fantastic 5-course dinner with Conor Sexton and his wife Jutarat Suwankeeree, proprietors of the Nightmarket in Ranelagh. The Nightmarket restaurant offers traditional, authentic Thai food. The menu on the night will include;

Tom Kha Gai & Hed: Coconut milk, chicken & wild mixed mushrooms, lemongrass, galangal, shallots, kaffir lime, lime juice, chilli oil.

Red curry of roasted duck breast, lychee, longan, pineapple, grapes, cherry tomato, sweet basil, Thai Apple & Pea aubergine, with Jasmine rice.

Along with paired cocktails for each course. We love the sound of the ‘Thai Basil Smash,’ made from Sipsmith Gin, Thai Basil, Lemon, Fish Sauce and Lychee by bartender Josko Babic.

The event will take place on Wednesday 14th March in the Nightmarket, Ranelagh in aid of MS Ireland. Tickets are available from Eventbrite.ie for €50. Book now to avoid disappointment.
