Saba Snowball

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

  • 50ml popcorn-infused Bacardi Carta Oro
  • 50ml coconut puree
  • 50ml vanilla syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 star anise, for garnish

Method:

  1. Place popcorn in your Bacardi Carta Oro Rum overnight. Strain the now infused Bacardi Carta Ora Rum.
  2. Place the crushed ice into a blender and add all of the ingredients. Blend for 20 seconds.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with star anise.
