Chilli and smoked paprika buttered popcorn
This makes a nice alternative to serving crisps if having people over for drinks
Makes 1 large bowl
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper
- 50g cooked popcorn
- In a saucepan on a low heat, mix in the butter, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, onion powder and seasoning. When the butter has melted, cook for one minute.
- Pour the chilli butter over the popcorn and mix. Sprinkle a little extra smoked paprika over the popcorn.
If you can take the heat, add in a little cayenne and a dash of Tabasco sauce.
