Check out the latest addition to Dublin's foodie scene, Pang, on Kevin St. Lower.
The first rice-paper roll restaurant in the city, Pang reinvents traditional Vietnamese cuisine with signature rolls of satay chicken, smoked salmon and sriracha roasted sweet potato for the veggies (€4 each). We're told that the rule of thumb is one roll for a snack, two for lunch and three for dinner. But with the variety of flavours, we might have to cheat and try them all!
Pang is also offering up chicken or vegan pho (€8), a light noodle soup and our favourites ginger beef brisket or roast sweet potato banh mi (€6)
Owner of Pang, Barry Wallace says of the venture, "We want Pang lunch boxes to incorporate a diversity of flavours, textures and ingredients so your lunch has more dimensions to it. Like sushi it’s a chilled product that’s super healthy. This is creative nourishment with Vietnamese culinary essence at its core."
